Private Prescriptions follow the same charges as normal transactions.
A PIN will be sent directly to the email address and or mobile number given when placing your order. This will be required when receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver aerosols internationally, to Northern Ireland or to the offshore islands of England and Scotland. We can, however, still deliver to the Scottish Highlands mainland but due to a change of courier service a postage charge may occur, please call our customer services team for more information on 0808 164 3211.
We regret that since The European Union Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) (2011/62/EU) (1) was implemented in the UK on 1st June 2015 we are not allowed to supply UK licensed medicines to any other EU member state, this is because medicines licensed for the UK are not normally licensed for another EU country.
We do not offer delivery to non-UK countries.
Unfortunately, your order is only covered for contents up to £100, Special Next day Guaranteed service orders are covered for up to £750.
If any package is of a higher value than this, then it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain additional postal insurance. Details of these costs can be gained by contacting our Customer Service Department.

FLU VACCINATIONS — NHS & PRIVATE
Poole Bay Pharmacy will be offering the seasonal NHS flu vaccine from October for the following groups:
(a) If you are 65 years or over, or will be 65 years by 31st March 2024, then you are eligible to receive an NHS Flu Vaccination and can book your appointment here. Please note that this vaccination does contain a small amount of ovalbumin protein and not suitable for those with a serious egg allergy.
(b) If you are 18-64 years and eligible to receive an NHS Flu Vaccination and can book your appointment here. Please note that this vaccination is cell-based and suitable for those who have an egg allergy.
(c) Private flu vaccination is available at a cost of £20. This service is available for patients over the age of 18 years, between the ages of 2 years to 17 years where the live attenuated influenza vaccine (LAIV) is contraindicated or is unavailable, and those who are not eligible to be vaccinated under the NHS Influenza vaccine service, or wish to be vaccinated privately. Where the patient is under 16 a parent or someone with parental responsibility must give consent and be present during the consultation. Please note that this vaccination is cell-based and suitable for those who have an egg allergy.
